Carter’s Place came as a vision to provide peace of mind to those that have been afflicted with an inability to integrate into our current society due to a disability. As a father with an autistic child, Theric Brown the president of Carter’s Place, was concerned with what would happen to his son if something were to happen to he and his wife. Carter’s Place was born to ensure that Carter and others like him have a place to call home and a place where he is cared for and cared about.
